Really positive experience. Our machine gave up draining halfway through a wash. Called Instant Service first thing on Monday morning and they'd been and fixed the whole thing by lunchtime. This was the second time they'd been out to this machine (for a different fault) and both times were quick off the mark to get in and out. Can't find anything to fault.
